The Hashtag Generator App ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

1. Information We Collect

• Name and email (via Google login)
• User language
• Version of the app being used

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is stored securely and used only for app functionality, user support, and proper content delivery. We never sell user data.

3. AI-Generated Hashtags

The app uses artificial intelligence to generate hashtags. We apply filters to reduce inappropriate, political, or sensitive content, but we cannot guarantee that all generated hashtags will always be suitable. Please review hashtags before using them.

4. Advertisements and Displayed Content

When hashtags are being generated (which may take a few seconds), a video or image may be displayed. This content may include advertisements. Each ad contains a button that allows users to visit the advertiser’s page (such as Instagram or a website) if they choose.

5. Notifications

• Alongside an advertisement, a notification may be sent so that after the process is complete, the user can still access the advertiser’s link if desired.
• If a user does not generate hashtags for about 4 days, a reminder notification about posting and the importance of using hashtags may be sent.
• No other promotional notifications are sent outside of these specific cases.

6. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. We take measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account and all associated data at any time by contacting us via support email or using the in-app online support option, which redirects to WhatsApp for assistance.

8. Advertisers

Those who want to display ads in the app can use the "Advertise" button, which redirects to WhatsApp support. There, they can submit their content to be displayed in the app. We do not use any third-party ad services; the advertising system is fully custom-built.

9. Children’s Privacy

This app is not designed for children under the age of 13 and should not be used by them.
